BISP Phase 2 Payment May/June 2025: Full Districts Detail
The Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) Phase 2 for 2025 officially started on 15 May. Payments under the Benazir Kafalat initiative are distributed in clusters across various districts. This phase aims to provide eligible families with a quarterly installment of Rs. 13,500, with additional payments through the Benazir Taleemi Wazaif for mothers of enrolled schoolchildren.
Payment Collection Methods
- BISP Campsites: Visit after receiving SMS from 8171.
 - Partner Banks (HBL, Alfalah, BoK): Use biometric ATM or branch withdrawal.
 - Mobile Wallets (JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL Konnect): Cash out from linked wallets or agents.
 - Retailers: Authorized JazzCash and EasyPaisa Pos Agents can disburse payments upon CNIC verification,
 
How to Check Phase 2 Payment Status
Beneficiaries can verify their payment status through the following methods:
1. 8171 Web Portal
- Visit the official BISP website: www.bisp.gov.pk
 - Go to the “Payment Status” or “8171 Web Portal” section.
 - Enter your 13-digit CNIC number and the captcha code.
 - View your payment status, including the amount and disbursement details.
 
2. SMS Service
- Send your CNIC number (without dashes) to 8171.
 - You will receive a reply with your eligibility and payment information
 
3. BISP Helpline
- Call the toll-free number 0800-26477 for assistance.
 - Provide your CNIC and other required details to the representative.
 
4. BISP Tehsil Office
- Visit your nearest BISP Tehsil Office with your original CNIC.
 - The staff will assist you in checking your payment status and resolving any issues.

Eligibility Criteria for BISP Phase 2 Payment
To receive the BISP Phase 2 Payment, beneficiaries must meet the following criteria:
- Poverty Score (PMT) below 32.
 - Women-headed households are prioritized.
 - There is no government employee in the family.
 - There is no foreign travel history of the beneficiary.
 - Valid CNIC and registered mobile number.
 - Completed BISP survey and verification process.
