The Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) Phase 2 for 2025 officially started on 15 May. Payments under the Benazir Kafalat initiative are distributed in clusters across various districts.   • BISP Campsites: Visit after receiving SMS from 8171.
  • Partner Banks (HBL, Alfalah, BoK): Use biometric ATM or branch withdrawal.
  • Mobile Wallets (JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL Konnect): Cash out from linked wallets or agents.
  • Retailers: Authorized JazzCash and EasyPaisa Pos Agents can disburse payments upon CNIC verification,

Beneficiaries can verify their payment status through the following methods:

1. 8171 Web Portal

  • Visit the official BISP website: www.bisp.gov.pk
  • Go to the “Payment Status” or “8171 Web Portal” section.
  • Enter your 13-digit CNIC number and the captcha code.
  • View your payment status, including the amount and disbursement details.

2. SMS Service

  • Send your CNIC number (without dashes) to 8171.
  • You will receive a reply with your eligibility and payment information

3. BISP Helpline

  • Call the toll-free number 0800-26477 for assistance.
  • Provide your CNIC and other required details to the representative.

4. BISP Tehsil Office

  • Visit your nearest BISP Tehsil Office with your original CNIC.
  • The staff will assist you in checking your payment status and resolving any issues.

Eligibility Criteria for BISP Phase 2 Payment

To receive the BISP Phase 2 Payment, beneficiaries must meet the following criteria:

  • There is no foreign travel history of the beneficiary.
  • Valid CNIC and registered mobile number.
